When the people of Israel chose to believe the negative report of the 10 spies, instead of realizing that Joshua and Caleb had the right answer by choosing to believe the Lord’s promise, they subsequently forfeited their opportunity to enter the great land that the Lord had promised. I wonder what we have missed out on over the years by following our own feelings and thoughts instead of trusting God. What lesson can we learn from Israel’s mistakes?
