It is hard to face rejection, whether that is something about your beliefs, or something stemming from a misunderstanding, or anything else. We want to feel a part of something and it hurts when we are shunned. Jesus knew all about this, and so did most of those who were His followers in the New Testament. But rejection is alive and well in the twenty-first century, too, and we must focus on the fact that the Lord is with us, even when it seems everyone else isn’t. Join us this Sunday at 10:45 am as Pastor Brian shares the hope we have with Emmanuel, God with us, when we face rejection at any level.
