The Christmas message is a timeless and wonderful invitation to meet the living God and start up a relationship with Him. It’s a time when people are already thinking of others, so it is only natural that we introduce them to the One who gave His very best for them. This Sunday is the first Sunday of Advent, a month-long journey of anticipation as we look ahead to the celebration of the coming of the Messiah. It is a perfect time to invite a friend and have them “come and see” this Saviour for themselves. Give one of those friends a call this week and ask them to go with you to the 10:45 am service at First Baptist. It may just end up changing their life!
